Hello my sweethearts,hope you are all having an amazing weekend.No beauty,or fashion,related post today,just random pics and stuff,you know a chill Sunday post :)
Trying to workout on a daily basis,to tone my body,stay fit and get my body summer ready.We used a spare room and made a lil home gym,but we have been outside a lot,hiking and jogging.
My lil man likes to spend time with us ouside too :))
My fav ''liquid lunch'' - banana,oats and low fat milk mixed in a blender,so yummy :p Trying to cut down calories and eat clean and healthy :)

ReplyDeleteBeing a mom doesn't mean you only have to focus with your husband and kids. You have to allot time for yourself as well. It's important that you stay fit, so you could maintain good health and wellness. It's great that you have a little gym in your home, by the way. But going outside is much better. I think it's a great idea to consider exercise as part of your family bonding. That sounds more fun and exciting, doesn't it?
