"Three" Nail challenge - Antique

Hello my friends,as you can see by the title I have joined a "Three" Nail challenge created by Mateji ustvarjata, the challenge has 3 parts and each part has 3 themes,so for September you will have mani lovely nail arts to enjoy :) If you are interested to see more details about the challenge visit their blog.

The first theme is - Antique. Well at first I liked it,but then I had no idea what to do,and I changed my mind about the design quite a few times. Then I thought about rosary beads,the realy old ones,silver,jewelry encrusted ones...So here is how it turned out

All done with 'Golden Rose' nail polish.The base color is dark brown from their 'Paris' line,the beads and the cross painted with 'Golden Rose' nail art polishes.

At the end,I was pretty happy how it turned out and I had fun doing this nail art.

Ready for Fall ?

Hi my lovelies,happy Monday :) The weather is changing here today,the Sun wasn't that strong,there is a lil breeze...I feel the arrival of Fall...the hot chocolate,pumpkin with vanilla sugar...new fashion...new coors...new nail polish :)

So here are some the 'trendy' colors we will be rocking on our nails this upcoming season

Just like with clothing items,deep red,wine,burgundy,deep purple are taking over the nails as well. And I love it, its classic,never goes out of style...As always nudes are still going strong:) I love the toned down orange and glitters in the China Glaze collection.


I looked at my collection trying to find some similar colors and shades...So here are some of the nail polish I will be using and abusing this Fall :)

'Don Juan' -  LK188,   'Golden Rose'-285,  'Cliche'- Fumo,  'Golden Rose'- 262      

'Cliche'- Tormento

'Golden Rose'- Paris 68  and 'Cliche'- Metal

Sorry for such a long post :) but I was really happy to play around with the nail polishes I already have in my collection, and thinking about the new ones I simply need to get :)

I'm a 'Malibu' girl

Hello my sweethearts :) This morning was so cloudy,gray,and raining I needed some tropical inspiration to cheer me up. And I find it in one of my favorite summer drinks

(I am not a wine or beer kinda girl but if its sweet,fruity,comes in a huge glass with two straws,pink umbrella and a slice of pineapple count me in:)

So I did a fun mani to bright up the rainy day:)

Not my original idea,You saw these a million times,but I think its a fun & bright perfect summer mani :)

Not the best palm trees,but it turned out ok:)

I used these polishes to create this super simple but very effective mani.

The inspiration transferd to make up as well:))

Just had to add some color in my day,like a true Malibu girl :D

Hello my lovelies,hope you are having a good day :) My fellow polish addicts will understand me on this one : So many bottles of nail polish I just can't choose :D Lavander or yellow? I say when in doubt,wear both :)

CLICHE 'Copacabana' and Yes Love 'Y19'

The lavander color is a bit more subtile and pastel looking in reall life :)

I liked this combo a lot,and the idea of wearing two nail polish at the same time so today I switched it and did the similar thing with two shades of blue:)

Hey sailor!

Hi ladies,hope you are enjoying your weekend:) Today I have a quick post for you,just to show you a 'nautical´ mani I did the other day.The base color is one of the blue nail polishes I showed you in my last post.

An ancor (even my hubby says it doesn't look like one at all :),some stripes and hearts.Super simple but cute summer mani. I wore it with all white outfit (pants and top) and it looked really good.

Like you can see in the last photo,this is the blue polish I used as a base.It is 'Yes love' with the original name  KO34 :) You could get away with just one coat of this polish,but just out of the habbit I applied two:) The stripes I did with my 'Golden Rose' nail art polish,the ancor and hearts just random nail art polish without a brand name.Finished with a top coat.

Hawai,Bali and more (mini nail polish haul)

Hello ladies :) If you thought this post will be about some tropical destinations,well...I wish that too,but its about my new 'babies' for my polish collection. I had some helth issues last few days,and what better to cheer me up then some new nail polish :)
