'Three' Nail challenge - Futuristic

Hello my lovely ladies:) Its  time for the third theme of the first part of 'Three' Nail challenge.For today we have 'Futuristic' as inspiration.

When I thought about this I knew I wanted something metalic or holo,but I didn't want to do just a design,I wanted something different :) I wanted to create a texture. So take a look:

Insted of the good old polka dots,I made bubbles :D It took so much time to dry :(

All done with the same nail polish - 'Golden Rose' from their mini holo line

The holo effect is not that visible because there was no sun at the time I was taking pics:(

Something new,something blue

Hello ladies, happy Friday :) Hope you are getting ready for the weekend :) My Friday started pretty good since the postman brought me the package from my mom with some new goodies (my mom knows me so well,and she always picks out the things I love) I got clothes,accessories and clothes,but I was so happy to see some new nail polish bottles:)

'CLICHE' - Cinza Fosco (matte) I bought yesterday,so I decided to include it in my mini haul :)
'Golden Rose' Paris - 130
'Don Juan' - LK103
'Color Line' - 15

So,I painted my nails right away using the 'Golden Rose' polish.

It is such a pretty navy color I fell in love with :) The first coat the formula was a bit water(ish) and streaky but when I applied the second coat it looked perfect. (Two coats on all pics,no top coat)

I just love this color <3

Another thing I can't wait to try out is Avon's Moroccan Argan Oil, leave-in treatment

'Three' Nail challenge - Ultra modern

Hello ladies,its time for theme number 2 from the 'Three' Nail challenge.For all the details about the challenge please click here

The task for today was to create something ultra modern. I knew I wanted to do something fashion related so I choose collared blouse-shirt as inspiration.

They are 'in' for a while now,you can see them on blogs and in magasines...there are even just collars that are sold as an accessorie,necklaces that imitate the collar.
They are really not my cup of tea to wear,but I thought it would look cute on the nails.
So here it is:

I went with purple and gold and I like the color combo a lot. These are the polishes I used (exept for the black one)

"Three" Nail challenge - Antique

Hello my friends,as you can see by the title I have joined a "Three" Nail challenge created by Mateji ustvarjata, the challenge has 3 parts and each part has 3 themes,so for September you will have mani lovely nail arts to enjoy :) If you are interested to see more details about the challenge visit their blog.

The first theme is - Antique. Well at first I liked it,but then I had no idea what to do,and I changed my mind about the design quite a few times. Then I thought about rosary beads,the realy old ones,silver,jewelry encrusted ones...So here is how it turned out

All done with 'Golden Rose' nail polish.The base color is dark brown from their 'Paris' line,the beads and the cross painted with 'Golden Rose' nail art polishes.

At the end,I was pretty happy how it turned out and I had fun doing this nail art.

Ready for Fall ?

Hi my lovelies,happy Monday :) The weather is changing here today,the Sun wasn't that strong,there is a lil breeze...I feel the arrival of Fall...the hot chocolate,pumpkin with vanilla sugar...new fashion...new coors...new nail polish :)

So here are some the 'trendy' colors we will be rocking on our nails this upcoming season

Just like with clothing items,deep red,wine,burgundy,deep purple are taking over the nails as well. And I love it, its classic,never goes out of style...As always nudes are still going strong:) I love the toned down orange and glitters in the China Glaze collection.


I looked at my collection trying to find some similar colors and shades...So here are some of the nail polish I will be using and abusing this Fall :)

Sorry for such a long post :) but I was really happy to play around with the nail polishes I already have in my collection, and thinking about the new ones I simply need to get :)

I'm a 'Malibu' girl

Hello my sweethearts :) This morning was so cloudy,gray,and raining I needed some tropical inspiration to cheer me up. And I find it in one of my favorite summer drinks

(I am not a wine or beer kinda girl but if its sweet,fruity,comes in a huge glass with two straws,pink umbrella and a slice of pineapple count me in:)

So I did a fun mani to bright up the rainy day:)

Not my original idea,You saw these a million times,but I think its a fun & bright perfect summer mani :)

Not the best palm trees,but it turned out ok:)

I used these polishes to create this super simple but very effective mani.

The inspiration transferd to make up as well:))

Just had to add some color in my day,like a true Malibu girl :D

Hello my lovelies,hope you are having a good day :) My fellow polish addicts will understand me on this one : So many bottles of nail polish I just can't choose :D Lavander or yellow? I say when in doubt,wear both :)

CLICHE 'Copacabana' and Yes Love 'Y19'

The lavander color is a bit more subtile and pastel looking in reall life :)

I liked this combo a lot,and the idea of wearing two nail polish at the same time so today I switched it and did the similar thing with two shades of blue:)
